Note for Exchanges and Returns
- You have 7 days after receiving your order to exchange or to request a return
- If you request an exchange or refund due to simple change of mind, you are responsible for the cost of this type of return or any other related costs.
- The refund will be processed within 3 business days after we receive your parcel at our warehouse.
- In the case of islands and mountainous areas, additional costs may be incurred in addition to the basic exchange/refund delivery fee you paid.

Return and Exchange Conditions
When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that under following conditions return and exchange are not allowed:
- If the exchange and refund deadline (within 7 days of receipt of the product) has elapsed, exchange or refund is not possible.
- Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged in the original selling condition.
- Any items returned must have their tags attached and with the original packaging with complete components.
